Before you write

If it's about a specific hire, the booking reference is on the booking page — it looks like BK-7CYQLF. It saves a round trip.
Messages between you and the other person are kept on the booking, so we can see what was agreed without you having to reconstruct it.
If money has moved and shouldn't have, say the amount and the date. That's enough to find it.
